<p>For the first time ever, the USGS store is having a sale of uncommon proportions, selling items like the <a href="http://store.usgs.gov/b2c_usgs/b2c/start/%28xcm=r3standardpitrex_prd&amp;carea=0000000150&amp;citem=00000001500000002897%29/.do">historic trail map of Denver 1&#215;2 quadrangle Central Colorado</a>; topographic maps of Bangor, Maine <a href="http://store.usgs.gov/b2c_usgs/b2c/start/%28xcm=r3standardpitrex_prd&amp;carea=0000001916&amp;citem=00000019160000000608%29/.do">1965</a> and Bath, Maine, <a href="http://store.usgs.gov/b2c_usgs/b2c/start/%28xcm=r3standardpitrex_prd&amp;carea=0000001916&amp;citem=00000019160000000609%29/.do">1972</a>; and the <a href="http://store.usgs.gov/b2c_usgs/b2c/start/%28xcm=r3standardpitrex_prd&amp;carea=0000000150&amp;citem=00000001500000003013%29/.do">Atlas of natural hazards in the Hawaiian coastal zone</a>.  These are just a few of the over <a href="http://store.usgs.gov/b2c_usgs/usgs/zInvReductionSearchStart.do">60,000 items on sale online for only a dollar</a> now through May 7.</p>
