Archive Funding Tables

Additional funding data/information for the fiscal years before the five years listed on the Budget Funding Tables front page will enable one to understand funding changes in the USGS budget structure level of detail.  Does the funding change result from a proposed President’s Budget change or from Congressional action?  Did the funding change occur after initial budget enactment (i.e. budget supplemental, budget transfer in or out, later Across-the-Board reduction, and/or budget rescission)?
