Here you will find numerous tables (in Microsoft´s Excel format) that provide information on the official USGS funding levels that were proposed, enacted, and actual/final. This information is organized by fiscal year and is also presented as as multi-year final/actual data under the multi-year history tables link.

Individual fiscal year links can provide the answers to various questions, such as:

• What are the details related to a specific program funding level in the President´s Budget?
• Who was responsible for an enacted funding change to a particular project (House, Senate, or Conference)?
• How much did the initial appropriation funding change during the fiscal year? What budget actions were the drivers in the funding change?

The Multi-Year History link presents actual funding levels over a longer timeframe to give one an understanding of data trends or at a minimum – a "terms of reference."

The Archive Funding Tables' link stores data for USGS funding levels older than the five most current years (providing funding information back to FY 1984).
