How can I determine the currentness for the structure products?

Since structures are acquired from a variety of sources, the currentness of the data may vary by type of feature and by area of coverage. To provide an indication of data currentness, each feature has a Load Date attribute when the feature was loaded to The National Map. In addition, the time period when the feature was originally collected or updated may be indicated in the source metadata. Detailed source metadata information is currently only available in the data download content. Download the data and view the feature attribute table to see these values. Go to Structures in The National Map site for more information on the organization of the metadata in downloaded datasets.
