USGS does not currently offer vector downloads in bulk other than by special request only.

Select the Print icon in the upper right-hand corner. You can save and print a map either in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats. PDF allows the user to include map elements in the header, such as a title and notes.
The Add Data tool in the Advanced toolbar allows you to add an ArcGIS Server (AGS) REST service, Keyhole Markup Language (KML) data file, Really Simple Syndication (RSS), Web Map Service (WMS), or Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) to the map display. Before

What are the projection, horizontal and vertical datum, format, and distributed tile extent of contours?
