Locator map -- DEM image of the United States shows the location of the five tiles.

Five tile structure that shows the Lewis and Clark route from St. Louis, Missouri to the Pacific coast. On each panel the route is indicated in red. Spread across all five panels are 22 numbered white boxes (see close-up view of tile 3 at right). Each box represents a significant location that was noted in the journals. For each white box there is a matted and framed Landsat photo with captions spread throught the gallery.
