Course title: Driven to Accelerate Equality at the USGS: EEO Update (2 hours)
Description: Federal employees, supervisors and managers, through a road map, identify key elements to improve understanding of the effect of employment discrimination, the emotional and quantifiable costs of processing complaints, and the need for increased communication, fairness and mutual respect as a means to decrease hostile work environment complaints.
Upon completion of the training, attendees will have current knowledge and skills to deal with day-to-day, real-life situations to help decrease the incidence of hostile work environment complaints.
