Description: The purpose of this course is to provide USGS Tier 3 Microsoft SCCM Administrators with 5 days of instruction in SCCM concepts including architecture design, console use, Queries and Collections, Reporting, Software Distribution, Software Updates (patching), Desired Configuration Management, Operating System Deployment and troubleshooting. To provide USGS Tier 3 Microsoft SCCM System Administrators important skills and best practices in the administration of their SCCM tier 3 deployment.
