Course title: Statistical Methods for Environmental Data Analysis
Description: This course will introduce statistical methods appropriate for analyzing and interpreting surface-water, ground-water, and water-quality data. The assumptions behind each statistical technique and the appropriate situations for their application will be stressed. NOTE: This Course includes a 6-month correspondence portion and a week-long classroom lecture and "hands-on" training portion. Please see the Specific Class Announcement and Syllabus for full details.
Objectives:
To obtain information on analyzing hydrologic data.
Target Audience:
USGS Personnel responsible for analyzing hydrologic data or reviewing interpretive reports may attend. NOTE: Non-USGS persons may attend on a space available basis. Please contact "Primary Contact" for further instructions.
