NOTE: Adobe® Presenter, v. 7, doesn't publish PowerPoint® v. 2007 files well at all. Keep your PowerPoint® file(s) in v. 2003 or compatibility mode for best results.

- How to add ALT tags, in PowerPoint® 2007 to your graphics for accessibility:
- Select the photo/graphic by clicking once in the graphic.
- On the top right of the menu bar, a Drawing Tools tab is displayed.
- Select the Drawing Tools tab.
- To the far right of the Drawing Tools menu bar, the size of the graphic is displayed.
- Under the measurements, select the small down arrow icon to the right of the word Size.
- In the Size and Position dialog box, select the Alt Text tab.
- Your Alt Tag should briefly describe the graphic. This text should start with: "Photograph showing ..." (if it's a photo); "Illustration showing ..." (if the graphic is an illustration); "Line graph showing .... ", etc.
- Select Close when you are finished typing in your text.
