Policy and Special Projects
The Policy and Special Projects team:
Provides program direction and implements human resources (HR) policies throughout the Bureau
Employs technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, including electronic government recruitment and staffing systems
Provides management advice and recommendations concerning all operational aspects of human resource management
Provides advice, guidance, information products, and support services for staff of the HR offices, managers, and employees
Serves as liaison and fosters relationships with Departmental and Bureau counterparts to participate in the formulation of new concepts, policies, and procedures
