After the interview, reflect on what you did well and what you did poorly and use this knowledge to improve your next interview. How could you have done better? What did you handle well? What didn't you handle well? Was there anything that surprised you about the interview? It is very important that you use each interview you attend as a building block towards further improving your interview skills. The more experience you have the better you will be. You will learn from your mistakes only if you review the interview and make a conscious effort not to repeat mistakes in the future.
