Adobe Software ProcurementAdobe Software Procurement and Upgrades - USGS BPA with CDW-G has expired. While we are in the process of negotiating a replacement agreement, Adobe has agreed to extend CLP Level 2 pricing to DOI buyers. Level 2 pricing, our current discount level, is the maximum discount available. In order to obtain the Level 2 CLP discount, contact one of the following authorized Adobe FSS CLP License Centers (listed below). CDW-G no longer has the exclusive BPA for DOI bureaus to purchase software and upgrades. The cognizant Contracting Officer is Susan McKenney, ER-AGB, 703-648-7358, and the Technical Representative is Greg Allord, USGS/GIO, 608-204-0082 x250. When ordering, cite USGS/DOI CLP number – 4400100716 Adobe Authorized CLP Vendors:ASAP SOFTWARE EXPRESS INC CDW-G SOFTCHOICE CORPORATION SOFTMART For requirements of $3,000 or less - orders may be placed to any of the above vendors using the Government charge (purchase) card. For requirements over $3,000 - orders may be placed by all DOI Contracting Officers, including USGS APS/ORS CO's and field Contracting Officers, up to their FSS ordering limit. The DI-1 requisition does need IT approval. Orders must be competed among at least 3 of the above listed vendors, in accordance with FAR 8.405-1. As these orders are restricted to the brand name products, the additional procedures of FAR 8.405-6 also apply. If the vendor balks at offering CLP Level 2 pricing, refer them to Sharon Starrett at Adobe (703) 883-2838. |
