USGS Scientist Emeritus Program: Accomplishments and Recognition
USGS Scientists Emeriti provide a breadth and depth of wisdom and knowledge gained through many years of experience and leadership in their field. The USGS is very fortunate to have Scientists Emeriti who are willing to continue to share their knowledge, curiosity, and insatiable desire to seek answers to scientific questions. Their high productivity provides a great benefit to the USGS mission.
