Performance and Awards
The DOI performance management policy is designed to document the expectations of individual and organizational performance, provide a meaningful process by which employees can be rewarded for noteworthy contributions to the organization, and provide a mechanism to improve individual/organizational performance as necessary.

Progress Reviews
Performance progress reviews are due to completed by June 1, 2020. The performance reviews are done paperless through DOI Talent. DOI Talent is providing training for supervisors and employees from March through April.

- Job Aids and self-paced interactive learning modules are available and can be found at DOI Talent.
- To find scheduled classes go to DOI Talent, click on Find Learning at the top of the page and select Classes from the drop-down menu. Enter the name of the class in the search field next to Class Name and click Search.
