Patrick Kocovsky Participates in Press Forum with Representative Joyce on Asian Carp in Lake Erie
Communicating Invasive Species Issues with Congress.
Dr. Patrick Kocovsky (GLSC, Sandusky, Ohio) was invited by the Ohio Environmental Council to participate in a press forum with Representative David Joyce (OH-14) to discuss the impact of and prevention strategies for Asian carp on Lake Erie on September 4, 2019, near Fairport Harbor, Ohio. Most of the discussion focused on keeping bighead carp and silver carp out of the Great Lakes. The forum was followed by Q&A with reporters.
