Repeat microgravity data from Tucson Basin and Avra Valley, Arizona, 2016-2018

This dataset represents the network-adjusted results of relative- and absolute-gravity surveys. Relative-gravity surveys were carried out using a Micro-g LaCoste D-series relative-gravity meter. High-Water Mark Survey of July 10, 2018, Flood at I-10 Frontage Rd at Twin Peaks Rd, Marana, AZ

A train derailment occurred in Marana, Arizona, on July 10, 2018. Runoff from a severe thunderstorm was flowing over the tracks at the time and may have contributed to the derailment. At the request of the Pima County Regional Flood Control District, USGS collected high-water marks for the flood event upstream from the derailment area.

Geochemistry of Sediment and Associated Leachates from Samples near the Old Yuma Mine, AZ

This data set includes analysis of 38 sediment samples collected near the Old Yuma Mine. The sediment samples were collected from tailings, waste rock, stream sediment, and background locations. All samples were analyzed by a total digestion method, some by the USEPA 3050 method, and some were leached by the USEPA 1312 method.
