International users should first set their Internet browser language to "English (United States)" to be able to access The National Map and its applications.
Internet Explorer users might also need to clear their browser history and use Ctrl-F5 to refresh the cache. If Internet Explorer still doesn’t work, try using a different browser. Internet Explorer might be too restrictive on ActiveX Directory security settings to allow viewer access.
The National Map Viewer and the Download Client are only tested in Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, but they should work in most modern browsers.
