The USGS, in cooperation with DOE, participates in program efforts to acquire hydrologic information at the NNSS and surrounding area. Data are collected from monitoring sites on and adjacent to the NNSS by the USGS and other cooperating agencies in support of various DOE programs. Depth to water, groundwater withdrawal, and water-temperature data for active and inactive sites that are or were a part of the various DOE programs are available through the groundwater monitoring web application.
