JEOL 8530F Plus SuperProbe

The field emission source electron microprobe will have 5 wavelength dispersive spectrometers, three with large crystals and two four crystal spectrometers, two energy dispersive spectrometers, and a hyperspectral cathodoluminescence (CL) acquisition system.  The configuration allows for simultaneous acquisition of elemental concentration and CL maps of large areas.
