Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility (HIF)

The USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility supports water-resource monitoring and evaluation efforts by providing quality-assured hydrologic equipment and instrumentation to the USGS and other Federal, State, and local agencies; academia; and private industry. The HIF also provides training, repairs, calibrations, and testing services through our instrument warehouse and testing laboratories.
