Detailed Description
Greywacke sandstone outcrop on the east end of Baker Beach. The sandstone is part of the Franciscan Complex that makes up the bedrock throughout the Golden Gate National Recreation (Blake and others, 2000; Elder, 1998; NPS, [2010]).
