Diver observes a non-native purple tang caught in Florida waters

Lad Akins observes a non-native purple tang removed from Florida waters. The fish was removed by a dive team made up of staff from REEF the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science as part of an early detection rapid response effort coordinated by USGS. The fish was transported to the Frost Museum and included in an exhibit on non-native fishes.
