Tile index precision

Different GIS software report tile index coordinates with varying levels of precision. This screen capture shows an example of coordinates reported to an excessive number of decimal places illustrating discrepancies past the one-thousandth decimal place. This is due to a number of factors such as reprojection and interpolation. The coordinate should be limited to three decimal places, "0.001".
