USGS Hydrologic Technician Securing Orfice to Bedrock in Puerto Rico

This picture is of Michael Sumpter, USGS, Central Midwest Water Science Center (CMWSC), Rolla, Missouri.  He and Jeremy Wall, USGS, CMWSC, Lee's Summit, Missouri, assisted with the rebuilding of the streamgage network in Peurto Rico in late October, 2017.  Eight streamgages destroyed during Hurricane Maria and the subsequent rain events were repaired.  These rebuilding efforts were managed by the Caribbean-FL Water Science Center.
