Commercial Temporary Structures Code Update
New code for 2024, Effectively Immediately:
Commercial code Section 3103 for Temporary Structures;
Temporary structures over 120 square feet shall be submitted for commercial plan review and stamped by a registered design professional in accordance with Ohio Building code 2024 sections 3103 and 106.2.
