National Land Cover Database (NLCD) National Land Cover Database (NLCD)
The National Land Cover Database (NLCD) provides nation-wide data on land cover and land cover change at the Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) 30-meter resolution. NLCD provides spatial reference and descriptive data for characteristics of the land surface such as thematic class (e.g., urban, agriculture, and forest), percent impervious surface, and percent tree canopy cover.

Vegetation Drought Response Index (VegDRI) Vegetation Drought Response Index (VegDRI)
The VegDRI and QuickDRI are complementary drought monitoring tools that show drought patterns at relatively high spatial detail compared to traditional drought indicators.

Hurricane and Flood Response Map Viewer Hurricane and Flood Response Map Viewer
The USGS Flood Event Viewer (FEV) is the public data discovery component of the Short-Term Network (STN) database. Data viewable and downloadable from this page are from the STN database. This application integrates with the USGS National Water Information System (NWIS) database for display of time-series water data.
Surface-Water Data for Delaware Surface-Water Data for Delaware
Real-time, daily, peak-flow, field measurements, and statistics of current and historical data that describe stream levels, streamflow (discharge), reservoir and lake levels, surface-water quality, and rainfall in Maryland.
Groundwater Data for Delaware Groundwater Data for Delaware
Data from wells, springs, and other groundwater sources in Delaware; well location data includes information such as latitude and longitude, well depth, and aquifer. Groundwater level data are collected and stored as either discrete field-water-level measurements or as continuous time-series data from automated recorders.
Water Quality Data for Maryland Water Quality Data for Maryland
Chemical, physical, and biological properties of water, sediment from Maryland, Delaware, and Washington DC sources. Water-quality data are collected as either discrete field measurements or as continuous time-series data from automated recorders that continuously record physical and chemical characteristics including pH, specific conductance, temperature, and dissolved oxygen.
Water Quality Monitor Network In Ohio Water Quality Monitor Network In Ohio
Stream water-quality characteristics provide scientists and water managers with a better understanding of the effects of natural and anthropogenic (human) activities on streams and ecosystems. The USGS operates a network of near-real-time water-quality monitoring stations that provide data for temperature, specific conductance, pH, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity of surface water.
