Reach-scale stream and riparian habitat from Nevada, 2022

This dataset was created to assess the status of Lahontan cutthroat trout (*Oncorhynchus clarkii henshawi*) habitat. Surveys were conducted within occupied Lahontan cutthroat trout habitat, as designated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Data represent reach-based surveys conducted in accordance with the Lahontan cutthroat trout habitat status assessment (LCTHSA) protocol (USGS). LCTHSA uses

Remotely-sensed vegetation status, trends, and elevation for valley bottoms in Lahontan cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii henshawi) suitable habitat in the Great Basin with summary data from 2013-2022

This dataset was created using remotely-sensed information within the valley bottom extent of Lahontan cutthroat trout (*Oncorhynchus clarkii henshawi*) suitable habitat as defined and delineated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Each row represents a section of valley bottom for which the attribute was summarized based on information contained in the pixels that overlapped the valley bottom.

Blacklegged tick nymph densities, tickborne pathogen prevalence, and white-tailed deer densities in eight national parks in the eastern United States from 2014-2022

The data presented here are blacklegged tick nymph densities, white-tailed deer densities, and Borrelia burgdorferi (causative agent of Lyme disease) prevalences for eight national parks in the eastern United States from 2014-2022.

CO2 System Measurements in Hillsborough River, Florida

This dataset contains CO2 system data collected by scientists from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center to investigate the effects of HgCl2 on low salinity organic rich estuarine water samples in the Tampa Bay estuary located in west central Florida. Discrete water samples were collected from two 30L Niskin bottles that captured surficial waters. Water

High-resolution Geophysical and Imagery Data Collected in November 2022 Offshore of Boca Chica Key, FL

Scientists from the U.S. Geological Survey St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center in St. Petersburg, Florida (USGS - SPCSMC), conducted a geophysical and imagery survey around Boca Chica Key, Florida, during November 2022. During this study, multibeam bathymetry and acoustic backscatter data were collected aboard the research vessel (R/V) Sallenger using a Reson T50P Dual Head system. U

Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) Upper Peninsula, U.S.: Degree Flowlines

This dataset is part of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) initiative. These data represent the flowline network in the Upper Peninsula Restoration Assessment (UPRA). It is attributed with the number of disconnections (e.g., road crossings) between the reach and Lake Ontario. The more road crossings on a flowline the more disconnected that

Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) Upper Peninsula, U.S.

This dataset is part of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) initiative and were used to assess the restorability of areas that historically supported coastal wetlands along the southern coastline of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The GLCWRA initiative uses principles of geodesign to identify coastal wetland areas that have the greatest potenti

Upper Peninsula Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment: Dikes

This dataset is part of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) initiative. These data represent the location of dikes within the Upper Peninsula Restoration Assessment (UPRA) study area. An ArcGIS model (Python script) identified dikes as having a difference in elevation above a certain threshold. If the elevation difference was below a certai

Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) Green Bay, U.S.: Degree Flowlines

This dataset is part of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) initiative. These data represent the flowline network in the Green Bay Restoration Assessment (GBRA). It is attributed with the number of disconnections (e.g., road crossings) between the reach and Lake Ontario. The more road crossings on a flowline the more disconnected that area

Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) Green Bay, U.S.: Composite Model Layers

This dataset contains all the layers associated with U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) initiative for the Green Bay Restoration Assessment (GBRA) which aims to identify and rank coastal areas with the greatest potential for wetland habitat restoration. Each layer has a unique contribution to the identification of restorable wetlands. The 7 pa

Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) Green Bay, U.S.: Dikes

This dataset is part of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Coastal Wetland Restoration Assessment (GLCWRA) initiative.
