Andrew Gorman
Andrew performs discharge measurements implementing ADCPs, maintains and repairs surface and groundwater gages, and works, checks, and reviews site records. Along with this, Andrew specializes in Index Velocity Sites using Acoustic Doppler Velocity Meters. He also trains newer staff on any or all of the above and is the Aquarius Local Trainer.
Andrew is originally from Dayton, Ohio and graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Environmental Geology. From there, he found work with the USGS in the Missouri Water Science Center, transferred to the Kansas City office for a few years, and is now working in the OKI Indianapolis office.
