Caitlyn Dugan

Since joining the USGS in 2018, Ms. Dugan has been involved with extensive fieldwork and data collection, most recently in field studies at Superfund sites. She currently works as a hydrologic technician on the Fate and Bioremediation team where she assists in specialized field efforts, as well as analytical laboratory studies.

  • Development of bioremediation technologies for contaminants of concern and contaminants of emerging concern
  • Field testing and natural attenuation studies
  • Laboratory testing of anaerobic degradation of chlorinated solvents
