Eldrich Frazier

Rich has a diverse background in business and information technology with an emphasis in the strategic innovation and integration of information technology into business.   His business/technology career and studies have taken him to the far corners of the globe, collaborating with and developing solutions for over 120 governments in the international arena.  


Rich began his career in the US Air Force, where he provided security, information and technology services in support of Special Air Missions to the President, Vice President, Foreign Dignitaries, Air Force support missions and other branches of the government.  In the private sector, Rich managed business projects and technology initiatives that supported 120 Foreign Military Sales customers of the US Air Force and Navy as an employee of Information Spectrum Inc. and Anteon Corporation. Prior to joining the Department of Interior, Rich was employed by Lockheed Martin Corporation supporting the National Security Agencies Information Assurance program. Prior to joining the US Geological Survey, Rich served as the Chief Information Officer for the Department of Interior’s Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE.)

Executive Chief Information Officer program through the General Services Administration’s CIO University and the State of Maryland. In addition to CIO certification, Mr. Frazier holds several internationally recognized IT certifications, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management/Information Resource Management and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
