Holly Chandler

Holly Chandler is a Program & Management Analyst at the USGS National Climate Adaptation Science Center (CASC). In this role, Holly incorporates human-centered design and lean methodologies to improve and optimize operations and digital systems for the CASC program.

Holly provides leadership in strategic planning and budget execution for information management, technology, and related operations for the CASCs. She actively works to analyze and improve tools and processes to help ensure the CASC program can efficiently and effectively carry out its mission. Holly functions as product owner/manager for several digital tools that play an important role in CASC operations. 

Holly is also the Designated Federal Officer for the Advisory Council for Climate Adaptation Science, a Federal Advisory Committee that advises the Secretary of the Interior on the operations of the CASCs.
