Ian Carlisle
Biography
EXPERIENCE
Ian Carlisle is currently a hydrologic technician in the Hydrologic Surveillance Section of the New England WSC and is located the New Hampshire office. His responsibilities within this section include running a streamgaging field trip and analyzing/approving stage discharge, index-velocity, groundwater level and continuous water quality records. Ian has had the opportunity to take USGS training in stage-discharge rating development, stream discharge measurements using ADCPs and index-velocity methods.
In addition to work in the Hydrologic Surveillance Section, Ian is currently involved in a groundwater quality project assessing the hydraulic, geochemical, and bacteriological performance of a novel shallow well design.
