As Acting Chief of the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity, Kuldip provides guidance, training, and other assistance on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)-related matters to managers, supervisors, and employees. He manages the discrimination complaints programs and coordinates hearings and appeals with DOI, EEOC, and the Office of the Solicitor.
Career History and Highlights
Kuldip joined the USGS in 2012 as a manager for EEO Complaints and Compliance in the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity. Previously, he worked at the Department of Defense and the United States Postal Service in the Equal Opportunity area in different positions, including Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor, Investigator, and EEO Area Manager.
Kuldip received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jaipur University, Rajasthan, India.
