Research Interests: As Grizzly Bear GIS Database Coordinator for the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE), I serve the six National Forests within the GYE in managing their corporate database pertaining to grizzly bear management and providing technical services for implementing habitat standards mandated by the Grizzly Bear Conservation Strategy. I also provide GIS technical support to the Inter-Agency Grizzly Bear Study Team for scientific research studies on the Yellowstone grizzly bear population. My position is a dual-agency appointment with my time split 25% / 75% between the U.S. Geological Survey and the Forest Service, respectively.
