Mark A. Drummond has been a Geographer with the U.S. Geological Survey since 1999. His current research activities are focused on understanding the spatial-temporal processes, drivers, and human-environmental implications of U.S. land-use change.
He received his Ph.D. in Earth Resources (Geosciences) from Colorado State University in 2007. Mark has an M.A. in Geography from the University of Denver, and a B.S. in Biology from Missouri State University.
