Biography

Travis Hylton is a water-resources engineer and program manager with 25 years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. His experience spans civil and environmental water resource engineering fields, including drinking-water supply and treatment, wastewater systems design, stormwater and floodplain management, constructed wetland design, environmental remediation, and coastal environmental analysis. Travis’ career includes broad domestic and international experience in the U.S., Pacific Islands, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia.
