Freshdesk Ticketing System now available

Customer inquiries are important to the StreamStats Development Team. A new system for handling customer interactions is now in place to make the handling of inquiries a more seamless process.

The Streamstats Team is excited to announce they will be managing their customer interactions with Freshdesk. This system will allow the team to handle the upcoming version 4 interface documentation and user communications.
