Detailed Description
This diagram breaks down the process used to model the risk of avian influenza transmisison from wild waterfowl to domestic poultry. Risk estimates at a given location and time are informed by waterfowl abundance and viral prevalence by species as well as poultry abundance and relative biosecurity base don farm type.
