Supporting material for Challenges and opportunities for data integration to improve estimation of migratory connectivity
This is supporting code for the paper "Challenges and opportunities for data integration to improve estimation of migratory connectivity" by Jeffrey A. Hostetler, Emily B. Cohen, Christen M. Bossu, Amy L. Scarpignato, Kristen Ruegg, Andrea Contina, Clark S. Rushing, and Michael T. Hallworth in Methods in Ecology and Evolution. It allows the reader to run the simulations and case studies (for Painted Bunting, Yellow Warbler, and Bald Eagle) shown in that paper. All data were previously published; see Data Availability section of paper for where to find them. As a courtesy to users of this supplemental code, most of the Yellow Warbler data is also available for download from our GitHub repository (https://github.com/SMBC-NZP/MigConnectivity/tree/master/data-raw/YEWA). Code for the MigConnectivity R package (Hostetler & Hallworth, 2024) is available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11075382.
