The USGS EROS Cal/Val Center of Excellence (ECCOE) Landsat Cal/Val Team, along with their NASA counterparts, maintains primary responsibility for radiometric and geometric characterization and the calibration and validation of the Landsat instruments and spacecrafts. This work includes both the ongoing operations of active Landsat missions, as well as the retired Landsat missions.

New Jersey Groundwater Level and Trends provides access to groundwater level data from continuous groundwater wells across New Jersey. Recent water-level measurements for all wells considered are compared to long-term monthly statistics and are classified and visualized according to water-level conditions relative to those statistics.

The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) and USGS have been working together to create and expand the water-quality monitoring network for Philadelphia. Data from these gaging stations will allow PWD scientists and engineers to monitor spatial and temporal water quality/quantity trends in support of watershed restoration initiatives occurring in Philadelphia.

The USGS Ecosystems Mission Area provides science to understand wildlife diseases, including avian influenza (AI). Avian influenza viruses occur naturally in wild birds such as ducks, geese, swans, and gulls. This interactive web application displays U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) data-collection locations in the Long Island Sound watershed. Station types include water-quality sampling sites, streamgages, groundwater-level and tidal monitoring sites, and meteorological sites. The sites shown on this map were active data-collection locations from May 2022 to May 2023.

The Geospatial Information Response Team (GIRT) ensures that timely disaster event geospatial data are available for use by emergency responders, land and resource managers, and for scientific analysis. An online application that allows users to search and visualize Light Detection and Ranging (lidar) and its derived products. Users can find lidar, DEM, topobathymetric, and orthorectified radar image (ORI) data. The application uses Entwine Point Tile (EPT) format to help visualize projects in a web-based 3D viewer for quick views of the data. It also allows for cloud processing

topoBuilder is a public web application released by the National Geospatial Program that enables users to request customized USGS-style topographic maps, known as an OnDemand Topo, that utilize the best available data from The National Map.

The North Pacific Pelagic Seabird Database (NPPSD) is maintained by the USGS ASC and includes survey transect data designed and conducted by numerous partners primarily to census seabirds at sea. The USGS developed a R Shiny application to facilitate viewing and filtering the NPPSD using an interactive leaflet map.

The Carson River Basin Hydro Mapper web application provides a modern and easy-to-use interface with the USGS National Water Information System (NWIS).
