The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is responsible for oversight of the animal care and use program and the components as described in the Public Health Service Policy on Humane Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.

· Call to order
· Introduce new committee members
· Review research protocols that were approved since last semiannual meeting.
· Review significant changes to existing protocols since last semiannual meeting.
· Review semiannual facility inspections
· Veterinary Medical Officer Report
· Review conditions of the wet lab headboxes.
· Start review of IACUC SOPs renewals
· Discussion on defining procedures for nonmembers and staff to provide input during IACUC meetings.
· Reserved time (10 minutes) for non-member comment.
· Complete USGS Animal Care Program Review Checklist
