Acoustic survey (detection/non-detection) and covariate data for Myotis lucifugus in interior Alaska, 2014-2017

These data represent daily detection histories (detection/non-detection) for Myotis lucifugus at acoustic detectors deployed from 2014-2017 at various military installations in interior Alaska. Detection histories are subdivided into three seasons (early [Apr 11-June 14], mid [June 15-July 15], late [July 16-Oct 10) based on breeding biology of Myotis lucifugus. Datasets include measurements of both daily detection covariates and habitat covariates measured at each detector location.
