August 5, 2026

This data release consists of 2 files: 1. MAP_DO.csv contains continuous sensor readings for dissolved oxygen, temperature, conductivity, and pH from 58 stream monitoring locations in the Mississippi Alluvial Plain (MAP) ecoregion in Mississippi, USA. Readings were recorded at 30 minute intervals for a single 24-hour period per monitoring location. The data was collected between 2007 and 2012 in the months of August through October. 2. MAP_site_info.csv contains additional monitoring location information, including land cover classifications (as percent of area) for each monitoring location's associated HUC12. Land cover classifications were derived from the 2024 National Land Cover Dataset (USGS, 2024). For additional details see DeVilbiss and others (2026).
