Groundwater-quality sampling near the French Limited Superfund site, Crosby, Texas, February 2026

The U.S. Geological Survey, in cooperation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, collected groundwater-quality samples from monitoring wells S1-116 and INT-116 near the French Limited Superfund site in Crosby, Texas on February 26, 2026. This dataset includes depth-to-groundwater levels, field properties, and environmental and quality-control groundwater-quality data. Groundwater samples were analyzed for a suite of volatile organic compounds, semivolatile organic compounds, and dissolved metals. A field trip and data summary describing U.S. Geological Survey data-collection activities and the associated groundwater-quality data is also provided within this data release.
