Reciprocal Coral Transplant Data on the Windward side of Oʻahu, Hawaii from 2023-2025

This dataset contains six csv files representing timeseries survivorship, before and after stress testing results, and metabolomics data from a reciprocal transplant experiment using two species of coral, Montipora capitata and Porites compressa. Data were collected from 2023 to 2025 on the Windward side of Oʻahu, Hawaii with coral being transplanted to and from two bays, Kailua Bay and Kaneohe Bay.
