Detailed Description

Lithology of core S3-15G. The core is comprised of hemipelagic muds (Tep), turbiditic muds (Tet), mixed hemipelagic and turbiditic muds (Tep and Tet), turbiditic silts (Td) and turbiditic sands (Tc). Bouma sequences Tc-ep and Td-ep are designated on the right side of the core.
