USGS Notice of Discrimination Posting Feb 23 2021

This Notice is posted pursuant to a Final Agency Decision by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), dated August 28, 2020, which found that violations of both Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq, have occurred at the U.S. Geological Survey(USGS) Headquarters in Reston, Virginia (herein after this Facility).
