The 2018 fissure system from fissure 8 (top right) to fissure 22 (bottom left),

Detailed Description

The 2018 fissure system from fissure 8 (top right) to fissure 22 (bottom left), looking uprift to the southwest. Fissure 22 stands out from the rest due to its conical shape, which resulted from small "Strombolian" explosions that built a pile of cinder around the vent. These explosions continued into July 2018, representing the last known eruptive activity at any fissure besides fissure 8.
