Detailed Description
Moss covered trees and logs along the Spruce Trail in the Hoh Rain Forest. The Hoh Rain Forest area receives about 140 to 170 inches (or 12 to 14 feet) of precipitation each year, mostly in the winter (NPS, [2010]).
